This black and gray Union Jack is one of the most difficult seat covers we make. It is not a printed pattern, but completely hand cut and sewn. Every stripe is individually hand cut and sewn, and we know this would be an awesome look for your Hooligan seat.

• Hides rips and worn seats completely
• Perfect for outdoor weather conditions
• No need to remove your original seat cover
• No staples required - watch our installation video here: Installation
